Great job very challenging, I was reasonably good,
quite often share holders would request to speak to
me. When the probation period of six months was over
there was a one on one with the team leader, her feed back
I was very average regards work, then she says
the only reason for the delay in my appointment
letter is because the floor manager is too busy
to sign it. On receipt of the appointment letter
later on the same day, the reason given by the
floor manager in writing, was a direct contradiction to
what was said. quote "I have reasons for
delaying this letter, unless these areas are
not revised .....". unquote. So Next working day
I called my supervisor from home and said thanks for having me
I would prefer to resign. She said she is stunned if possible to come
over we can talk about it. so I went and she requested me to
work at least for another month, to which i agreed, and in that
period another supervisor said that if I want to come back please do not hesitate to call, Which I did not - I hope this makes sense even if you are
a manager or employer, it certainly does not make any sense to me.
I have no idea why I am told to leave, or leave in some other way when
my probationary period is over, the very next day..

financial loss of Permanent Full-Time wages, approximately $250.000/- Superannuation at a very low contribution.
with a divorce and loss of property for no reason.
Is some one or organisation responsible.
This needs to be investigated - by the proper authorities, without prejudice or favor, so that this matter could be resolved permanently.
A Family of Three with a Mortgage have enough to take care. We can all do without the unnecessary Stress?
