This innocent, unsuspecting person Darcy was denied permanent Full – Time Employment from 1988, by a few cruel people who may be in Authority
No individual or Private Company would waste presious resources for over 30 years
Govt Organizations have important work neglected, Loved ones are still waiting for an answer.
This disruptive influence from a few in Authority on Darcy's everyday life is over 10, 15, 25, 37 years, and on-going
A wasted life, and Govt, precious resources.

A Reputable Private Hospital;
Malvern, Victoria.
July 2023 the day procedure for cataract surgery on the right eye.
Darcy decided to have it attended in a reputable private hospital in Malvern Vic., because they are well known for excellent patient care.
The eye surgeon was great; the result was perfect. However, the anesthetist’s role, initially assumed to be good, soon raised questions.
After surgery in the recovery room, with many other similar patients, it is a standard practice, nurses handed out trays with sandwiches and coffee to all patients.
This was strange, because a nurse approached Darcy and informed only him, not to drink the coffee.
He was surprised because there was no reason, his medical records show that Darcy does not have any health issues, or take any medication.
After fasting the day before, his thirst got the better of him, and he drank it anyway.
The next day, following his eye surgeon’s instructions, he removed the eye shield, only to be shocked by what he saw: his nose was severely swollen, and dark scars all over his face.
His friends remarked on how different he looked.

November 2023, time for cataract surgery on the left eye.
He suggested to the same eye surgeon, that it is okay to have the same person for the Anesthetic but left the decision entirely at the discretion of the eye surgeon.
The same Anaesthetist attended, and in the hospital ward, he asked the anaesthetist is it normal for patients to have their nose severely swollen, and Facial disfigured after the anesthetic, this is what she said:
Even if you consult your GP she cannot do anything about it. ,
That statement was significantly alarming, Darcy was in hospital and it was too late to change the anaesthetist, and was takrn to the theatre for surgery.
Now on reviewing the whole procedure in this Private Hospital. Darcy is of the view, that the nurse telling him not to drink the coffee was a deliberate distraction from the person actually responsible for patient - harm with intent, in this very reputable Private Hospital in Malvern Victoria.
