The information on this site has always been an address to the most vivid and acute intelligence's. Not the sentimentalists or emotionalism .
We are much obliged to Google, and thank them most profusely for the acute technology for making all this possible. They were more than a window of light, amidst the dead silence. Let us not forget the many who where silent to the very end. because of the tyranny of a few people who have unaccountable access to tax dollars or other peoples money.

Great job very challenging, I was reasonably good,
quite often share holders would request to speak to
me. When the probation period of six months was over
there was a one on one with the team leader, her feed back
was i was very average regards work, then she says
the only reason for the delay in my appointment
letter is because the floor manager is too busy
to sign it. On receipt of the appointment letter
later on the same day, the reason given by the
floor manager in writing, was a direct contradiction to
what was said. quote "I have reasons for
delaying this letter, unless these areas are
not revised .....". unquote. So Next working day
I called my supervisor from home and said thanks for having me
I would prefer to resign. She said she is stunned if possible to come
over we can talk about it. so I went and she requested me to
work at least for another month, to which i agreed, and in that
period another supervisor said that if I want to come back please do not hesitate to call, Which I did not - I hope this makes sense even if you are
a manager or employer, it certainly does not make any sense to me.
I have no idea why I am told to leave, or leave in some other way when
my probationary period is over, the very next day..

that needs to be investigated. - A few employers of the companies I worked for need to be questioned by the proper authorities, without prejudice or favor, so that this matter could be resolved permanently. Update Thursday 23 October 2014. This is like ancient history surviving today, what are your thoughts on a company I have worked on a casual basis for over 3 years, recruiting staff on work availability :- Monday 22/9/14 offer of work - Friday 26/9/14 cancelled. Monday 29/9/14 offer of work - Friday 3/10/14 cancelled. Monday 6/10/14 offer of work Friday 10/10/14 cancelled Monday 13/10/14 offer of work - Wednesday 15/10/14 I did what any reasonable person would do and told them that there offer of work was cancelled 3 times repeatedly and requested that they take my name off their data base. Which fits in with my irregular pattern of employment for over 30 years. Made possible only by surveillance information used for all the wrong reasons. You have read so far only 12 pages of 65 pages of incessant abuse of the innocent and unsuspecting which leads to debt, divorce, depression The one inevitable result massive unemployment and unnecessary dependent on government Social Services.
