After decades of dead silence, at last I have found a window of light to the world, no longer am I helpless and alone or speaking to deaf authorities, if not for this blogsite which is free, thanks to Google most profusely. The theme for the next few weeks:
Among the many who are in authority
there are a few who seek to manipulate.
If they have an ounce of commonsense for
every truck load of "Other Peoples Money"
they have access to. So many innocent
lives would not be wasted, for so long
by so few.

Our general view on surveillance, we fully endorse its importance, perhaps a bit more than most others do. Like entering a persons residence without prior permission, following individuals over a period of over twenty five years, intercepting their mail, email and telephone conversations, do all that is necessary to protect innocent people.
Our general view on rumors , we find that utterly appalling and unacceptable, Because it could ruin an innocent persons good character, and result with that person been financially destitute, When people in authority resort to rumors. They encourage and endorse the worst in management, in all work places.

When surveillance and rumours are put together, perhaps you may agree that is a man - made disaster

We would like to make it very clear, to all our viewers, that we are not even assuming, the pattern of employment outlined below, is a man - made disaster. Because everyone is innocent until proved guilty by the legal system. Having said that it seems like my employment carrer has been disrupted from the time I worked as a Workcare claims officer in May 1988

The pattern of employment. Only a sample of information to evaluate, the dates and amounts are an estimate.
Starting from the Insurance Company, already referred to - May 1988.
To Share Registry in Melbourne - it is pretty much ongoing.

xx Ins Company out sourced by the Victorian Worksafe Authority working as a Work Care claims officer - From May 1988 To July 1988 = 2 Months of employment.

Notes: Gross income for year 1988 = 1/3 of average earnings-
Superannuation contribution for year 1988 = 1/3 average contribution


Unemployed for several months since then.
At a time when employment was in plenty.
100s of application for clerical work and incessant negative interviews.
No choice but to apply for sales attendant work.

Seven Eleven Store - 8 Years of employment.

(Overall on average earnings for part time casual work as store attendant)
Started work there when owners started business and was only employee
with them when store was sold. (many employees were dismissed in that 8 year period for dishonesty and lethargic work)

Worked manly night shift - some customers were really drunk and silly.
some others pretended to be drunk and stupid. Is this the ideal work environment for manipulative people in authority. They seem to decide what work Darcy should do, and for how long.
Is this the only reason I was allowed this kind of work, so that they could harass and humiliate me, and I still have no reason why.

Unemployed for several months yet again.
Had no choice but accept part time work as
telemarketing raising funds for charities.


Call Center Company - approx 5 months of employment.

Note:Considering my education and work experience, and good work ethics, with always full time permanent employment, regular income. But since 1988, after I worked as a Work Care Claims Officer. For the next 20 years, and still ongoing. mainly part time work, and full time work terminated a day before permanent employment - Permanent full time work = 0. the overall earnings was consistently less than 1/3 of average income. Superannuation contributions less than 1/3 of average contributions. Who could have benefited from this stupidity is still mind boggling
